Shipping policy

Shipping timeline

We will pack your order and print the shipping label within 3-4 business days of you placing the order. Once this is done, your package will be in USPS hands within 24 hours.

So, a typical order is processed and in the mail within 3 business days, often sooner.

How and where do you ship?

We ship our seeds in padded mailing envelopes through the United States Postal Service with tracking numbers. We are very grateful for this service and convenience. We can only easily ship seeds to the US, Canada, and England - unfortunately due to import restrictions, we cannot ship anywhere else. We cannot ship dahlia tubers outside of the US (see dahlia tuber shipping info here).

If you are located in a country that is not listed above and want to purchase a non-seed item, please contact us.

We do not ship seeds to other countries as we are not able to offer Import Permits, Phytosanitary Certificates, or refunds for rejected packages. We are not able to make special trips to the post office or omit customs information on our international packages.

Can you help me track down my package?

Of course! But please first read through these suggestions:

  • Please check your order confirmation and make sure you entered your correct address. We do not provide refunds for incorrectly entered addresses.
  • Also, please check your shipping confirmation for the tracking number - we always provide tracking numbers. Every now and then, somewhere along the journey, a package accidentally gets marked "delivered" before delivery - please give the package another day or two to show up and then let us know if there is still an issue.
  • When you get an alert that your package has arrived at your house and can not find it, 95% of the time a roommate, neighbor, or friend has taken it in for you! This is almost ALWAYS what happens. Please ask around. It is also helpful to talk to your local post office and provide them with the tracking number.
